I recently got my hair cut on Sunday. My hair was getting too long and I’ve been wanted to cut it short since it is getting really hot lately. So I decided to chop it off and I am loving this new look! I love how it’s more manageable and it just feels so much lighter than my long hair.

I love all of the bright color this spring and what better way to spice up my outfit than a bright pink belt! It really adds a pop of color to the whole outfit and I just love it. This belt was such a steal for only $1.95 that I had to get a blue and white one too.

Sweet Home

I am finally home for Spring Break. Although I really wish I could be at the beach, being home with my family is also nice. I love seeing my nieces.

Before I left however, boyfriend and I ate at Rusan on Sunday. I love Rusan because they have delicious sushi and appetizer for a really good price.

For the appetizer, we got different selection of tempura: oyster, mussels (so good!), shrimp, and sweet potato. Each tempura was only $1 for two. Great deal.

For my entree, I ordered 5 rolls of sushi. I got three rolls of spicy tuna roll and two rolls of rock and roll (eel and avocado).

The spicy tuna is my favorite! I love the sauce that they put on top. So good.

Afterwards we went shopping and went back and watched Lost!

I have never watched Lost before, but I have heard that it is a great show. So now that my boyfriend got Netflix, we decided to watch it together and it is amazing! We finished season 1 in two days and now we’re on season 2. It’s just so exciting.

Did You Miss Me?

Hey guys! Yes, I’m still alive.

Did you miss me? (I’ll pretend like you did ;) )

Sorry I’ve been away all week. This week was just complete madness. I had 3 exams this week plus ton of assignments that I had to get done before spring break next week. So I didn’t have time to blog or do anything that is not school related for the past week.

But I’m back for now at least (I say that because Spring Break is next week and I might be gone for most of the time).

Since I’ve been studying nonstop for the past week, boyfriend was so sweet to pick up some Panera for me for dinner.

He got me:

Chopped chicken cobb salad

In the mix: mix greens, bacon, chicken, eggs, blue cheese, and tomato with a herb vinaigrette on the side.

Pour in the dressing, and mix it all up.

I LOVE this salad and how simple it really is. I must recreate it after spring break!

On the side, I had a creamy tomato soup,

and bread. The bread is amazing! I usually get chips when I’m at Panera but I really wanted to try the bread. It was the best decision ever. The bread was so fresh!

It’s perfect for dipping!!

For dessert, I had a strawberry and cream scone. This was my FIRST time trying a scone and I love it. I can’t wait to make some later!

{sorry it was half eaten. I got excited.}

This meal was perfect. So perfect that I might have eaten at Panera 2-3 times this week.

I’m off to lab then a lunch date with my boyfriend.

3hrs till Spring Break!!!!!
